THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 30 Jumping Jacks and 5 Burpees.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

Run 346 yards (one lap around a standard American football field)

21 Box Jumps or Step-ups (use a box, ledge, or wall at least 16 inches high)

21 Kettlebell Swings
