SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing device.

Run!…Two parts to this workout.

Part 1: 6 rounds

Run 30 seconds, Rest 30 seconds

Part 2: 3 Rounds

Run 800 meters

Rest 3 minutes

Record your distance/splits for each round.
