SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)

Running Day!

Complete the following

Run 0.5 miles at a moderate pace.

Rest 2 minutes

then…

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, SPRINT 100 yards. Use the remaining time in the minute to recover.

then…

Run 0.5 miles at a moderate pace.
