10/11/2014 – Run!

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Three Rounds:

Run 3 minutes, Rest 1 minute

Run 2 minutes, Rest 90 seconds

Run 1 minute, Rest 2 minutes

Record your total distance covered.

MAX rep V-ups in 2 minutes.
