WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

Sprint 200 Yards

4 Burpees

7 Dumbbell Thrusters

28 Mountain Climbers (each leg is 1 rep)

“Abtober” Workout #10: Tabata Hollow Rocks  and Plank – 8 Rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest (4 total minutes – alternate between the two exercises)
