THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (strong)

3 Press (strong)

3 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep  (strong arm, same leg)

10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (stronger)

3 Press (stronger)

3 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep  (stronger arm, same leg)

5 Burpees      

Record your rounds, weight used and any modifications you made to the movements.

40 seconds Hollow Body Hold
