TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell, Jump Rope

“Three Workouts, Two Movements, 5 Minutes Each”

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

7 Russian Kettlebell Swings

7 Close Grip Pushups

***Rest 2 minutes***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

30 Jump Rope Skips

10 Situps

***Rest 2 minutes***

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

20 Mountain Climbers

6 Box Jumps (use a wall, box, or other object at least 16” high)
