MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).

Complete 3 Rounds of the following:

1 minute MAX reps Lunge steps with Kettlebell Pass Through

1 minute MAX reps One Arm Kettlebell Swings(Left)

1 minute MAX reps One Arm Kettlebell Push Press(switch arms after 30 sec)

1 minute MAX reps One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (Right)

1 minute MAX reps 30 Yard Shuttle Run (15 out and back)

Rest 1 Minute

“Abtober” Workout #8: Complete 2 rounds of 1 minute MAX rep Partner Leg Throwdowns. After the first minute, switch partners, repeat. Here’s the catch, every time your legs touch the ground, you owe your partner 5 Burpees  at the conclusion of the workout.
