TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete 4 rounds of the following as quickly as possible

1 minute Run forward

30 seconds Squats

30 seconds Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups

30 seconds Jumping Lunge Steps or Split Jumps

30 seconds Speed Skaters

30 seconds Run backward

Rest 1 minute

Record your time.

ABtober Workout #7:

For 3 minutes, alternate between the following two exercises

30 seconds Supine Bicycle

30 seconds Pushup-to-Plank
