FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 3 Rounds of 5 Situps, 5 Burpees, and 5 Supermans (hold 2 second/rep)

Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

40 Air Squats

30 Low Carry Dumbbell Lungesteps (15/leg)

20 Dumbbell Thrusters

10 Pushups

Sprint 100 Meters
