SATURDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)
Complete 30 Manmakers as quickly as possible. Use a weight that will challenge you, but not leave you resting for extended periods of time between reps. I suggest ~25-35# DBs for men and 10-20# DBs for women.
