10/04/2014 – Running Endurance Training!

Reminder! Running Endurance Training is at the Woodward Academy Willingham Field Complex today at 9:00AM. Hope you can make it!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Complete 3 Rounds of the following

Run 200m, Rest 1 minute

Run 400m, Rest 90 seconds

Run 800m, Rest 2 minutes

Record your splits.

30 seconds Superman Hold

30 seconds Hollow Body Hold
