Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 2 Rounds of 20 Supermans, 10 Broad Jumps and 10 Deadlifts (w/Kettlebell). Afterward, perform max time plank hold.

Workout: “Ding, Ding”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

50 Jump Rope Skips

15 Kettlebell Swings

15 Weighted Situps (use KB)

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (Use Kettlebell)
