SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing device.

Complete 3 Rounds of the following

Run 0.125 miles, Rest 1 minute

Run 0.25 miles, Rest 90 seconds

Run 0.5 miles, Rest 2 minutes

Record your splits.
