Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plankhold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Buy-In: 90 seconds Plank

Rest 30 seconds then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

50 Yard Sprint

10 Box Jumps or  Box Step-Ups

50 Yard Sprint

10 Goblet Squats

Cash-out: 90 seconds Plank
