MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Tabata + Running!

Complete 8 rounds of the following exercises using the Tabata Protocol (20 seconds WORK, 10 seconds REST). In between each exercise, run 0.2 miles. You have a 2-minute time cap on the 0.2 mile run. If you do not complete the entire run, stop where you are and move immediately into the next exercise.

Speed Skaters

Close Grip Pushups

Jumping Jacks

Donkey Kicks

Record your total reps for each exercise.
