TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes

15 yards  Crab Walk

15 yards  Bear Crawl

70 yards Sprint

7 Squat Thrusts

7 Box Step-Ups

then…

#2: Complete the following

30 Windshield Wipers (Floor)

30 Side Plank with Leg Lift (15/side)

Record your rounds and time.
