09/29/2014 – Bodyweight Burner!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:None.

#1: Complete as 8 rounds of the following

5 Pushups

9 Squats

13 Situps

Then…

#2: 100 Yards Walking Lunge Steps

Record your time. If you are just getting back into exercise, you should try reducing the rounds to 4-6 and reduce the Lunge Steps distance to 25-50 yards.
