SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes

Run 0.25 miles

1 Hatemaker

2 Turkish Getups (use 1 DB and perform 1 rep/arm)

3 Manmakers
