SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device

Complete the following

#1: Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes, Sprint 100 Yards.

#2: Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes, Run 0.25 miles.

Rest in the remaining time each interval.

Record your run splits.
