09/27/2014 – Run!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Complete the following

6 Rounds:

Run 90 seconds

Rest 60 seconds

Record your total distance covered, if possible. I use a Tom-Tom GPS Watch and love it for interval work as it makes it possible to record your distance. Here’s a link to the one I use and my REVIEWof the watch:
