THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching       followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

“Three-for-All!”

#1: In 9 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

60 Jump Rope Skips

12 Kettlebell Swings                            

5 Burpees

***Rest 1 minute before #2***

#2: In 6 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

40 Jump Rope Skips

10 Kettlebell Swings                            

4 Burpees

***Rest 1 minute before #3***

#3: In 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

20 Jump Rope Skips

5 Kettlebell Swings                                

2 Burpees
