09/26/2016: Bodyweight Workout – Pushups, Squats, Situps, Lungesteps, Sprint!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:None.

#1: Complete as 10 rounds of the following (15 minute CAP)

4 Pushups

8 Squats

12 Situps

100-Yard Sprint

Then…

#2: 100 Yards Walking Lunge Steps (5 minute CAP)

Record your time. If you are just getting back into exercise, you should try reducing the rounds to 5-8 instead of 10, reduce the reps per rounds, and/or reduce the Lunge Steps distance to 25-50 yards.
