MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 3 Rounds of 10 Squats, 5 Pushups, and 20 V-ups/Tuck-ups.

Workout: “Don’t be a Pain in the Legs”

Buy-In: 4 – 100 meter sprints (rest 45 seconds between efforts)

Rest 1 minute

Then…

7 Rounds:

5 Jumping Squats

10 Air Squats

10 Jumping Lunge steps (5/leg aka “Superstars”)

20 Lunge steps (10/leg)

Then…

Rest 1 minute

Cash-Out: 100 meters of Broad Jumps, Sprint 100 meters.
