SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

Complete 5 Rounds:

3 Turkish Getups (strong) / 3 Turkish Getups (stronger)

15 Kettlebell Swings or 10 Kettlebell Snatch (strong) / 15 Kettlebell Swings or 10 Kettlebell Snatch (stronger)

***2 minutes Rest / Fast and Loose between rounds***

Record your time and the weight used for all movements.
