TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  NONE

Partner Workout! In teams of two, storm through as many rounds of the following as possible in 18 minutes. One person from your team must always be running. The 200-yard run does not count toward your rounds for the workout.

Run 200 Yards

4 Jumping Squats

4 Grasshoppers  (per leg)

4 Pushups

4 V-ups

4 Donkey Kicks
