MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 3 rounds of the following 5-minute workout. Rest 2 minutes between each effort.

In 5 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible.

7 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (left arm)

7 Kettlebell Heartbeats

7 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (right arm)

7 Kettlebell Skull Crusher              

Record your rounds for each 5-minute round.
