FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 2 minute Squat hold and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Workout:  Friday Fest

Complete 4 Rounds of the following:

Run 400m

6 Turkish Getups (use a Kettlebell or Dumbbell)

18 Box Jumps/Stepups
