THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 25 Squats and 4 50-yard sprints.

Workout:  The “New” Fitness Test

Complete Maximum Reps of the following within the allotted time for each exercise:

5 Minutes Max Reps Kettlebell Swings

1 Minute Rest

4 Minutes Max Reps Shuttle Run (25 yards out, 25 yards back – each 25 yards counts as 1 rep)

1 Minute Rest

3 Minutes Max Rep Squats

1 Minute Rest

2 Minutes Max Rep Situps

1 Minute Rest

1 Minute Max Rep Burpees

Post total reps/exercise to comments.
