MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 3 rounds of the following 5-minute workout. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

45 seconds Pushup-to-Plank, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Jumping Squats, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Mountain Climbers, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Lunge Steps, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Burpees, 15 seconds REST

Record any modifications and your total reps for the workout.
