TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Kettlebell.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 17 minutes

15 Kettlebell Swings

2 Goblet Squats

10 X-Situps

Sprint 25 yards

12 Kettlebell Swings

3 Goblet Squats

10 X-Situps

Sprint 50 Yards

9 Kettlebell Swings

5 Goblet Squats

10 X-Situps

Sprint 100 Yards

Record the weight of your kettlebell and the number of rounds you completed.
