09/17/2014 – A little more with that body…

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope

#1: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 14 minutes

40 Double Unders or 80 Jump Rope Skips

20 Pushup-to-Plank

10 V-ups

5 Star Jumps

After 14 minutes, REST 2 minutes, then…

#2: Run 0.25 miles at a slow recovery pace.
