TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete the following sequence 4 times. Each sequence 3.5 minutes long. Rest 1 minute between each sequence.

30 seconds Hollow Body Hold

30 seconds Glute Bridges

30 seconds Situps

Then…Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes

3 Burpees      

7 Lateral Jumps (over an object at least 8” high)

Record your total rounds.
