Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 3 Rounds of 10 pushups and 10 jumping squats

Workout:  “Everybody loves a swinger”

50 Kettlebell Swings

Run 1 mile
