TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

45 seconds Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Dead Bugs, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Kettlebell Split Squat (Rounds 1&3: Strong leg, Rounds 2&4: Stronger leg), 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Spiderman Plank, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Press (Rounds 1&3: Strong arm, Rounds 2&4: Stronger arm), 15 seconds REST

***Rest 1 minute between Rounds***
