Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 3 Rounds of 10 situps and 10 squats

Workout:  Joke: What do you call an intellectually challenged Southern Girl?

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

21 Dumbbell Thrusters

12 Burpees

200m Sprint
