SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  1 Dumbbell

Complete 3 Rounds:

100 Yard Sprint Carrying or Dragging the Heaviest Dumbbell You Can

20 Hot Potato Squats

10 Clapping Pushups
