09/12/2016: Bodyweight Workout! Dive Bombers, Lunges, and T-Plank!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

1 minute Run, Skip, or Walk

Then…

45 seconds Dive Bomber Pushups

45 seconds Reverse Lunge Steps (alternate legs each rep)

45 seconds T-Plank Rotations

45 seconds Side Lunges (alternate legs each rep)

***Rest 1 minute between Rounds***
