SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

“Changing Intervals”

9 Rounds:

Sprint 30 seconds, Rest 30 seconds

***Rest 2 minutes, then…***

6 Rounds:

Sprint 45 seconds, Rest 45 seconds

***Rest 2 minutes, then…***

3 Rounds:

Sprint 1 minute, Rest 1 minute

Done!

Record your distance each interval.
