SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete the following

#1: 6 Rounds

50-yard Sprint, 30 seconds REST

#2: 4 Rounds

100-yard Sprint, 60 seconds REST

#3: 2 Rounds

200-yard Sprint, 120 seconds REST
