THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope

#1:  Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 10 minutes

60 Jump Rope Skips

40 Mountain Climbers  (each leg is 1 rep)

20 Situps

Run backwards 50 yards

Skip forward 50 yards

***Rest 2 minutes, then perform #2***

#2:  Complete 3 rounds of

40 seconds Hollow Body Hold

20 seconds REST

40 seconds Superman Hold

20 seconds REST

Record your rounds for #1.
