TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell, Jump Rope

You may do #1 – 4 in any order you’d like. Have fun!

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes:

9 Russian Kettlebell Swings

6 Squats

***Rest 1 minute***

#2: Complete 3 minutes for MAX reps of 15-yard Shuttle Run. (set cones 15 yards apart and get moving!)

***Rest 1 minute***

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

25 Jump Rope Skips

10 Situps

***Rest 1 minute***

#4: Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

2 Burpees

6 Box Jumps
