MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope, Dumbbells

“Quarters”

Complete 3, 4, or 5 rounds of the following.

45 seconds MAX reps Jump Rope Skips, 15 seconds Rest

45 seconds MAX reps Dumbbell Push Press, 15 seconds Rest

45 seconds MAX reps Situps, 15 seconds Rest

45 seconds MAX reps Dumbbell Plank Rows, 15 seconds Rest

Count your reps for each exercise and keep track of your total reps.
