THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None

Complete 4 Rounds of the following. Work through each exercise once to complete a round and rest 1 minute between rounds.

40 seconds Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Mountain Climbers, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Squat Thrusts, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds, Jumping Lunge Steps or Lunge Steps, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Shuttle Run (alternate between 10 and 20 yard runs – 10 yards counts as 1 rep, 20 yards counts as 2 reps), 20 seconds REST

1 minute REST

Record your total reps and any modifications.
