THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by a 15 Squats, 15 Pushups, and 5 handstand wall kickups.

Workout: “Best Wishes, Peter!”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

15 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

12 Dumbbell Front Squats

9 Dumbbell Push Press

Sprint 200 meters

1 Manmaker
