Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by a 2 minute static squat hold.

Workout: “Heavy”

Move a heavy object from the ground to the overhead locked out position as many time as possible in 10 minutes. The object should be something you have trouble moving more than 1-3 reps without resting. You can use a barbell, a rock, a log, a human, a milk jug, a roll of carpet, a VW bug, etc…
