TWO MINUTE CHALLENGE #1: How many Situpscan you do in 2 minutes? Your feet may be anchored by a pair of dumbbells or by a human. Each situp must start with the back and shoulders flush with the ground. At the midpoint of the situp, hands must touch the feet. Finish the rep by returning the shoulders and back to the starting position.

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Set the clock for 18 minutes and tear through the following. After 18 minutes, immediately cash-out.

Buy-In: Run 0.25 miles

In the remaining time, complete as many rounds as possible of the following

18 Russian Kettlebell Swings

15 Squats

12 Burpees

Cash-out: Run 0.25 miles
