Workout #245 of 366 (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Complete 7 Rounds:

1 Turkish Getup (strong) / 1 Turkish Getup (stronger)

7 Kettlebell Swings (strong) / 7 Kettlebell Swings (stronger)

Rest 1 minute

Record your time and the weight of your Kettlebell. Don’t be scared to go a bit heaver on the swings.
