Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Kettlebell
Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes:
5 Burpees
25-yard Suitcase Carry (per arm)
FRIDAY FlAB AWAY
5 Rounds:
15 Situps
10 Weighted Side Bends(5/side – use KB)
Record the number of rounds completed and the weight of your kettlebell.
