TWO MINUTE CHALLENGE #1: How many Situps can you do in 2 minutes? Your feet may be anchored by a pair of dumbbells or by a human. Each situp must start with the back and shoulders flush with the ground. At the midpoint of the situp, hands must touch the feet. Finish the rep by returning the shoulders and back to the starting position.


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats,  and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

60 Jump Rope Skips

15 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

12 Dumbbell Front Squats

9 Dumbbell Push Press

Sprint 100 yards (50 yards out and back)
